Schedules & Triggers

Automate recurring AYAsec scans with schedules, manual triggers, workspace defaults, and monitoring policies.

Run recurring tasks or start scans automatically when a selected event occurs.

Scheduled tasks

Open Schedules , choose Scheduled Tasks , and select New Scheduled Task . Choose the action, target or workspace scope, frequency, timezone, and any notification destination required by the action.

Available actions include:

• Run a scan for one asset.
• Run a batch scan for the assets in a workspace.
• Send a Brief or Full PDF report digest.
• Notify when a certificate is close to expiry.
• Notify when a score regresses.
• Remind users before an API token expires.

Scheduled tasks can be paused, edited, or deleted. The page shows the next planned run in the schedule's timezone.

Triggers

A trigger starts a scan when its event occurs. Choose the target, the scan types to run, and whether the trigger is enabled. Triggers can be paused or deleted without changing the target or its existing reports.
